2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 342, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner, who happens to be husband of opposite party no. 2, and other family members abused and assaulted informant by fists & slaps & locked her in a room. It is further alleged that when family members of informant came there and asked about informant, this petitioner assaulted informant by lathi causing injury near her eyes and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61143 of 2024(2) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 thereafter, this petitioner assaulted informant's father by iron rod and also assaulted informant's brother by ramie causing injury at his right hand finger.
