2. The present writ application has been filed for issuance of mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner with regard to construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan which was situated in Gram Panchayat- Sugwa, Mahanandpur, Block-Baisi, Purnea.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed representation vide Annexure-P/3 of the writ petition, but no decision has been taken on his representation till date.

4. Counsel for the State submits that from annexureP/3, it transpires that this representation has been filed on 19.07.2025 and petitioner has come before this Hon'ble Court on 12.08.2025. He further submits that the Government has already fixed standard norm for construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan throughout the district.

5. In this background, the present writ application is hereby disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Purnea (respondent No.4) to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation (annexure-P/3) already filed by the petitioner in the light of norms fixed by the State for construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan within 90 days from the date of production of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ application stands disposed of.
