The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 777 of 2017 or the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 341, 323, 436 and 427 of Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding more than 100 persons having attacked the shop of the informant and they had then set the shop on fire causing a loss of Rs. 15 lakhs. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been remanded in the present case as also the other case which are pending against him and in fact there is no complicity on the part of the petitioner in the present case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28914 of 2018 (3) dt.30-05-2018 2/2 released on bail. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 4.12.2017.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge XVth-cum-A.C.J.M, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 777 of 2017.
