JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 30-06-2015 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account that the order of this Court dated 12.08.2010 passed in C.W.J.C No. 7714 of 2002, has been complied though belatedly and still not to the full satisfaction of the petitioner, this Court keeping in view the limited direction given in the connected writ application would find no reason to continue with the contempt proceeding and this contempt proceeding is, accordingly, dropped.

Patna High Court MJC No.1400 of 2013 (4) dt.30-06-2015 Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioner in seeking redressal of the grievance that now arise on account of the order passed by the authority.

Subject to the aforementioned observation and liberty, this application is disposed of and the personal appearance of Shyam Sunder, Director Indigenous Medicine, is hereby dispensed with a clear warning that he should be very careful in complying the order of this Court in the letter and spirit but also in the stipulated time.
