2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 413, 414 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is accused of stealing motorcycle of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 30.6.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed.
