The petitioner is in custody in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.85 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Only material against the petitioner is that blood stained shirt of the petitioner was seized after three days of the occurrence.

Submission is that co-accused Dipali @ Deepak Kumar has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.28754 of 2017 vide Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55223 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2018 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
