JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 11.05.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22462 of 2017, with direction the court below to expedite the trial. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been in custody for about a year and uptil now trial has not been concluded. However, he fairly submitted that six witnesses have already been examined and the case is pending only for examination of Doctor and I.O.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact that only two witnesses i.e. Doctor and I.O. have remained to be examined, in such view of the matter, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, this application is accordingly, dismissed.
