Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have a grievance that despite being selected for the post of Panchayat Teachers they have not been appointed as yet. In the considered opinion of this Court the petitioners at the first instance as per Rule-18 of the Bihar Panchayat Teacher Appointment Rules-2006/2012 had to exhaust the statutory alternative remedy before the competent District Teacher Employment Appellate
Patna High Court CWJC No.8816 of 2013 (3) dt.14-07-2015 Authority instead of rushing to this court.
When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seek permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioners to move before the competent District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority for redressal of their grievance raised herein.
That being so, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
