JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 The petitioners have challenged the Committee constituted by the Bihar State Board of Religious Trust vide its notification dated 4.3.2013 issued by the President of the Board under section 32 of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Act, 1950. The petitioners have an alternative remedy by way of section 32(3) of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Act, 1950 before the District Judge.

If the petitioners apply before the District Judge challenging the aforesaid notification dated 4.3.2013, the same would be disposed of on its own merit after condoning the delay, as the petitioners were pursuing their remedy before this Court. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
