JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-10-2018 This application has been filed for reviewing the order dated 29.01.2016 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 6928 of 2016 whereby and whereunder the writ application filed by these petitioners was dismissed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It appears that these petitioners had filed the aforesaid writ application for setting aside the order dated 07.04.2015 passed by Sub-Judge-III, Gopalganj in Title Suit No. 97 of 2013 whereby and whereunder the documents produced by these petitioners were not admitted observing that the defendants had challenged the genuineness of said documents. This Court while dismissing the writ application had observed that liberty has already been given to the petitioners to get the documents exhibited through the legal process for which petitioners were required to call for related registers/documents

Patna High Court C. REV. No.209 of 2016 (7) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 from the registration office.

In view of above discussions, I find no reason to review the said order.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
