The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jamui (Town) P.S. Case No.321 of 2017, a case under Sections 147/149/337/338/307(2)/295/332/120B/295A/296/298 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was a member of a community, which is alleged to have created communal disharmony and obstruction in discharge of official duty by the public servant. There is allegation of commission of murderous assault also. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation as well as the statement of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2859 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 P2/ released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
