2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 307, 353, 379, 341, 323, 332, 333, 504, 506, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against petitioner is that he alongwith his other associates assaulted informant and other forest officials while they were carrying the tractors loaded with sand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation of overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. As per injury report, the doctor has opined that injuries, sustained by two injured namely Gautam Ojha and Puna Ravidas, are simple in nature. Police after investigation submitted chargesheet under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59525 of 2024(5) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 332, 333, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S.
