JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Executive Officer, Nutan Rajdhani Anchal, Patna not to allot 500 Sq.ft. open area to Respondent no.3 Nitish Kumar for continuation of wine shop for the year 2013-14 at New Market, Patna and thus encroaching the portion of land occupied by the petitioner and others.

In view of the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ application, the remedy lies before the appropriate authority under the available laws.

This writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
