01-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the State.

Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 322 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 338, 307, 153'A' of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is said to be a member of the mob, there is no specific allegation against him and he has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel also pointed out that in similar circumstances many co-accused have already been granted regular bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4537 of 2018 (3) dt.01-02-2018 the case and materials on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 322 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
