Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pakridayal PS Case No.113 of 2017, registered under Sections 365 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that son of the petitioner with the help of other family members including the petitioner kidnapped the daughter-in-law along with her son for the purpose of marriage.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is against Mukesh Sahni, son of the petitioner, and the daughter-in-law of the informant has been recovered, she has not stated anything against the petitioner rather she accepted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23897 of 2018(3) dt.24-04-2018 2/2 that she eloped with the son of the petitioner. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Ram Lakhan Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-5, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pakridayal PS Case No.113 of 2017.
