After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage including the ground that the main accused has died and also including the ground that the entire amount has been deposited. If such an application is filed by the petitioner raising all his grounds then the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Kanchan Kumar Vs. State of Bihar reported in (2022) 9 SCC 577.
