JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of "Certiorari" for setting aside memo No. 755 dated 25.07.2022 issued by the District Collector, Darbhanga (Annexure-11) as well as setting aside the letter No. 184 (4) dated 13.05.2022 issued by the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar Patna under signature of Joint Director (Annexure-7) by which the respondent District Magistrate, Darbhanga issued same appointment letters of the petitioners which has been quashed earlier by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 1973/2022 and reappointing them under another cadre on equal pay scale and pay level on the post of Lower Divisional Clerk in the office of Collectorate, Darbhanga.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that permission be granted to the individual aggrieved members of the petitioner-Federation to file separate writ petitions. Permission, so sought, is granted. 3.
The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
