2 The prayer made in the writ petition was for issuance of no objection certificate as well as last pay certificate which the petitioner alleges to have been denied in spite of his being relieved from his last place of posting that is Begusarai Town Police Station (for brevity, PS) and joining to his new place of posting in Digha PS in the district of Patna.

3 Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was served

Patna High Court CWJC No.20804 of 2014 dt.26-06-2018 2/2 with a communication dated 16.06.2018 bearing Memo No 1294 of 2018 issued by the Officer-in-charge of Town PS, Begusarai whereby and whereunder, pursuant to grant of no objection certificate, the petitioner has been requested to come and collect the last pay certificate for which prayer has been made in the instant writ petition. 4 In view of such development, subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the same has become infructuous. No order need be passed in the writ petition.

5 Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that as a consequence of letter dated 16.06.2018, noticed hereinabove, the petitioner may be given liberty to make representation for benefits arising out of the same. Liberty is granted. 6 Writ petition is disposed of.
