JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018 dated 13.01.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 of the Arms Act. One country made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in the present case only because the police is not charitable towards him. Under similar circumstances, he was earlier made accused in four different cases, the details of which have been provided in para 3 of the petition and in all such cases, he has been granted bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25435 of 2018 (3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2018. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of recovery, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018.
