Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the first information report and there is accusation that he along with four other persons started raining lathi on the informant who happens to be police official and it would appear that alleged occurrence took place when the police party went near the place of occurrence to clear the blockage of the road. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 12.1.2016. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial
