The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.118 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that so far as the present petitioner is concerned, she is said to be an agent of the cooperative bank where the money was being deposited by the informant allegedly and at the instance of the petitioner. It is alleged that the husband of the petitioner was motivating the informant and others to deposit the money in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.312 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 cooperative bank. Submission is that the petitioner has got no vicarious liability and if the amount is deposited in the cooperative bank the same is not being allowed to be withdrawn or the bank is lying closed, this petitioner is not liable for the same. Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.118 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
