2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the writ petition has now become infructuous by efflux of time as the work contemplated under the tender had to be completed by March, 2013.
3. Be that as it may, in view of non-representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called, the writ petition stands dismissed.
