JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are accused in a case under section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged by the informant that there was a demand of Rs.5 lacs as ransom from Mobile No.9507056532 to his Mobile No.9199926592 as also on other Mobile No.9006941450 as well.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47421 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid Mobile No.9507056532 do not belong to them rather it belonged to one Ram Sao.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, namely, Birendra Paswan @ Biku Paswan and Manidhar Kahar are directed to be released on bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.161 of 2014 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad subject to the conditions that they would not absent themselves for two consecutive dates at a stretch till charges are framed.
