Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.576 of 2023, registered for the offences u/s 323, 498A, 493, 497, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal code and Section 3, 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Vide order dated 11.09.2024, this matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court for the process of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60691 of 2024(3) dt.20-11-2024 2/3 mediation.

A mediation report dated 30.09.2024 is kept at Flag 'M'. 4.

I perused the said mediation report in Mediation Proceeding No.1359 of 2024, whereby the learned Mediator has submitted that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties is attached with the mediation report.

Considering the fact that the dispute between the parties has been resolved, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.576 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Petitioner is directed to comply with the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by both the parties. If the petitioner does not comply with the terms of settlement, then the complainant shall be at liberty to file an application for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60691 of 2024(3) dt.20-11-2024 3/3 cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner before the learned Court below.
