JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 341,323,384,385,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner is a robust person and he always threatened him and has extorted money on more than one occasions.
Petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case and there is allegation of extortion and threatening against the informant also.
Having regard to the facts of the case that the petitioner is own uncle of the informant and parties have land dispute and are engaged in case and counter case, in case of surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial

The petitioner would report to the post office concerned once every six weeks and file a petition to this effect the court below.
