The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(A)(B(C)/38/41(A)(B) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, petitioners are in custody since 25.03.2018.
Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are remained in custody for more than three months, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25331 of 2018(4) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned A.D.J.-IIcum-Special Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018.
