JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Tr. No. 179 of 2015 arising out of Katoria P.S. Case No. 331 of 2014 for the offenses under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 6.3.2018 in connection with a case which was registered on 24.12.2014 against seven unknown. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has not been put on Test Identification Parade for his identification. It appears that other co-accused have been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 4264 of 2016 vide order dated 20.7.2016. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above

No.28055 of 2018(3) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the F.T.C.-I, Banka in connection with Sessions Tr. No. 179 of 2015 arising out of Katoria P.S. Case No. 331 of 2014.
