Petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No.390 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 461, 379 and 411 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some quarrel took place between the petitioner and the brothers of the informant and the petitioner was onlooker and he was apprehended merely on suspicion.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner was caught red handed while stealing the money and the money was also recovered and he has also got criminal antecedent. It appears that charge has already been framed against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1179 of 2018 (3) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 the petitioner. If the trial court does not conclude the trial within three months, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. With the aforesaid observation, prayer for bail is rejected.
