Patna High Court CWJC No.20540 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2 / 2 12-01-2015 Even today the petitioner has failed to bring any clear and categorical evidence to show that even by inference he will be required to be placed in the category of a casual worker under the University and is required to be extended benefits in terms of the advertisement for regular appointment initiated by the University. The documents which the petitioner has produced by way of reply, only inferences are sought to be drawn by him, but the conclusion which he has reached cannot be reached by the Court on dispassionate reading of those documents.
In view of the above, this Court cannot hold in favour of the petitioner and grant him the relief and benefit which he is looking for by way of consideration for permanent appointment under the University by giving him relaxation in age. This writ application is dismissed.
