ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-10-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 21.08.2015 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, has refused to discharge the Petitioner in Sessions Trial No.66 of 2015 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No.117 of 2014. Since the Petitioner seeks discharge on question of facts which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P. C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party in terms of the direction of Apex Court.
