The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 337 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that four accused persons including the petitioners assaulted on the head of informant with 'lathi'. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injury has been found to be simple superficial in nature. Though accusation of assault is against four persons but only two injuries have been received and in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. The petitioners are agnate of the informant. It is further submitted that Criminal Revision is pending against the order passed in 144 Cr.P.C. proceeding.

Case No.75 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
