The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 59 of 2012 registered under Section 304B read with 34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of killing of Manisha Devi, sister of the informant, by her husband and inlaws for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive, as she has no concern with the affairs of the deceased and her husband.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47042 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within six weeks, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikarahna at Motihari East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 59 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 425 of 2012, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
