Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 70 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 304B, 120B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because she is the relative of the husband of the informant. Petitioner is woman aged about 60 years and nothing specific is alleged against her.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
