The petitioner, who is a Panchayat Teacher, has filed this writ petition for payment of arrears of salary from 25.03.2017 to 04.07.2019 by treating the petitioner to be in continuous and regular service during the aforesaid period in light of the Order dated 18.06.2010 passed by the State Appellate Authority (Education Department), Bihar, Patna

Patna High Court CWJC No.14399 of 2022 dt.05-09-2024 2/2 in Appeal No. 396 of 2018.

Since, the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher, having regard to the provisions of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and also in view of the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C No. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari vs. State of Bihar & Ors. along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition shall stand disposed off with liberty to petitioner to approach the concerned Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
