Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, call details of petitioner's mobile was taken out and it was detected that the location of mobile of the petitioner was found near the place of occurrence and prior to the alleged occurrence, he had talked with another co-accused. Moreover, co-accused Md. Muslim having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II Purnea in connection with Dagarua
