JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 10-01-2018 The petitioner, whose application for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21758 of 2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with POCSO Trial No.56 of 2015 arising out of Turkaulia P.S. Case No.441 of 2013 registered under Sections 363, 366A, 376(g) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Regard being had to the material collected during investigation to the effect that the petitioner and others raped a minor girl aged about 12 years, I am not inclined to take a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58148 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 different view of the matter even though the petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2015. The application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
