====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2022 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in in connection with Ghoshi (Okari) P. S. Case No.176 of 2003 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 364A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner for the sole reason that the case is of the Year 2003 and the petitioner had moved before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Jehanabad in the Year 2021 as the impugned order is dated 15.02.2021. This amply demonstrates that the petitioner at his leisure was not seeking

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
