2. This modification application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 07.02.2022 passed in CWJC No. 6044 of 2021.
3. It is stated in this application that in the original writ petition the petitioner has committed error in mentioning the Case No. 877-DM/2008-09 instead of 87/DM/2008-09. The State counsel has no objection.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 07.02.2022 passed in CWJC No. 6044 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the Case No. 87/DM/2008-09 be read in place of 877-DM/2008-09.
