The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that there is specific allegation of torture and murder of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for bail is accordingly rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
