The petitioners apprehend his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1027© of 2016 for the offences under Sections 468 and 471of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case and the real fact is that the complainant is in habit of filing false cases against the petitioners, which will appear from the fact that earlier also he has filed complaint case with the same facts.

No.55984 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 1027© of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
