The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021, registered under Sections 160, 341, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the allegation made in the F.I.R., the S.I. of the police station Barh has made allegation that at about 11.30 of 19.03.2021 there was a fight and firing between two parties in front of State Bank of India, when police reached then party fled away. The gather people have disclosed the name of accused persons, on the basis of this the present F.I.R. has been lodged. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In the present facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.117 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
