JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Satyam Shivam Sundaram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, although his name was not notified but on the request he appeared and assisted the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is mistake as to father's name and mother's name in the original certificate of 'Madhyama' Examination 2010-11 of the petitioner.

The present writ application is disposed of granting

Patna High Court CWJC No.17919 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board along with the relevant details to establish the correct names of Father and Mother of the petitioner and on production of necessary documents/evidence, the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board shall take appropriate decision to make necessary correction in the names of Father and Mother in the certificate of the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
