JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2017. Two revolvers were recovered from the common house of the petitioner and one pistol was recovered from the bamboo orchard out side the house.

Submission is that father of this petitioner Satrudhan Yadav, having similar allegation, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49632 of 2017. Satrudhan Yadav had also criminal antecedent. The petitioner has disclosed

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Manpur Police Station Case No. 12 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
