The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 326, 307 and 417 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon three persons namely, Rupshana Parween, Bibi Naheda Khatun and Dara, due to which, they sustained simple injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
