ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 31-10-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 22.07.2024 has passed the final orders in CWJC No. 2455 of 2024 granting four weeks time to the petitioner to approach the Divisional Commissioner by way of revision. Learned counsel submits that the copy of the order has not been communicated to the petitioner nor the then counsel on record had informed the same to the petitioner therefore, the petitioner could not file the revision before the

Patna High Court MJC No.2667 of 2025(3) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 Divisional Commissioner as directed by this Court within the stipulated time. Learned counsel submits that in case further time of four weeks is granted, the petitioner will approach before the Divisional Commissioner by way of revision under Section 32(vi) of the Control Order, 2016.

2. Having regard to the above made submission, further period of four weeks is given from today. In case any revision is filed by the petitioner within the period of four weeks from today, the same shall be entertained and the necessary orders will be passed in accordance with law.

3. With the above direction, the present MJC stands closed.
