The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 182 of 2017 dated 21.10.2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

A burglary has taken place in the house of the informant. The F.I.R. is against unknown and the name of the petitioner transpired during the course of the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only because he has been an accused in about four cases earlier, the police has deliberately made him accused in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

No.25550 of 2018(3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2017 and in all other cases in which the petitioner was made accused on suspicion, he has been granted bail. Considering the aforesaid facts the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 182 of 2017.
