Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 380 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner was found in possession of several ATM Cards and suspicion is that he had taken out money from the informant's account by changing his ATM.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he is a business man. The cards were of the family members or relatives of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.09.2017.

Considering the nature of allegation and period

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1439 of 2018 (4) dt.15-03-2018 2/2 already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Balia Police Station Case No. 233 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
