The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj P.S. case No. 113 of 2001, corresponding to S. Tr. No. 320 of 2009, under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
From the report of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Gopalganj, it appears that the trial is at fag end. The argument has already been heard and the case was fixed for judgement on 10.02.2017.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to dispose of the case within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
