In this case the petitioner has questioned the notification dated 09.5.2013 initiating election process for constituting the managing committee of the Bihar Co-operative Federation Limited. Mr. Arbind Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the matter remained pending the election has already been held rendering the matter infructuous which is disposed of accordingly.
