The nature of allegation as levelled by the informant, a tempo driver against both the petitioners happens to be that they abused, assaulted and snatched away cash when fare was demanded at his end.

A written report has been filed on 29.12.2015 for the occurrence alleged to have taken place on 26.12.2015 without any explanation and that being so, petitioners are well advised to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which, the learned lower court will consider in the background of findings so recorded hereinabove.
